To open a ticket from the Messenger, open the Messenger icon in the bottom right.
Go to Messages and Select "Send us a Message"
Type in your full request, making sure you mention the Product and the question you are having.
A ticket will be created and you’ll get email updates as it progresses.
After you submit, you can find your tickets in the Messenger’s Tickets space (it only shows once you have at least one ticket).
The other option is to open a ticket via e-mail. Send a request to: [email protected]
