Problem

You encounter a transformation error while retrieving business information.

The root cause is related to the XML tag structure:

  • <Mitarbeiter> within <Auskunft>

The transformation routine cannot correctly process the provided employee numbers.

Technical details:

  • Affected transformation routine: /SHC/IF_TR_GET_COMP_MONMSG_RES

  • The routine fails when handling inconsistent or incompatible employee count values from SCHUFA data.

Solution Steps

Resolve the issue by applying the appropriate fix based on your system version:

  1. Upgrade to a fixed connector version (recommended):

    • Use SCHUFA-SAP-Connector version 2.2.000 or higher

    • The issue is resolved via fix: FSCON-2001

  2. For older versions (2.0.x and 2.1.x):

    • Apply transport: SPEK974212

  3. Important validation step:

    • Ensure your system version matches the transport requirements before implementation.

Known Limitations

  • The fix transport SPEK974212 is not compatible with versions older than 2.0.x.

  • Applying the transport to unsupported versions may cause inconsistencies or system errors.
